PanelIQ · Terms
The rules for the service: what we deliver, what you decide, what each side is responsible for. Plain language; the contract for a specific order adds the numbers.
These terms apply to every offer, quote and contract between Pillar Delta PC, Athens, Greece, registration number 180002501000 (“Pillar Delta AI”, “we”) and a customer (“you”) for PanelIQ and to the use of paneliq.pillardelta.ai. They apply together with the data processing agreement (section 8) and the written quote or order for each engagement. Your own purchasing terms do not apply unless we accept them in writing.
PanelIQ screens product concepts for purchase intent with augmented consumer panels: language models conditioned on sampled demographic personas answer a purchase-intent question in their own words, the answers are mapped to a 1–5 scale with the validated Semantic Similarity Rating method, and a multi-model Rotated Refinement Chain produces the final score with its spread. A screen runs in fixed steps:
The trial is free and limited per e-mail address and per day; trial reports are labelled TRIAL. Paid screens — a pilot screen, a concept portfolio, a validation study calibrated to your own survey data, or an enterprise licence — are agreed in writing through the request form.
A screen estimates how consumers would answer a purchase-intent question; it is a decision-support instrument, not a guarantee of market success, and its respondents are AI-generated personas, not people. The method has been validated against published human survey data, but we do not warrant that a score reproduces the result of a field survey for your concept, nor that a concept succeeds because of what you do with a report.
Prices are those shown on the site at the time of the order or in the written quote; in September 2026 they are, excluding VAT: Pilot Screen €2,400 per concept, Concept Portfolio €9,800 per batch of five concepts, Validation Study €28,000 as a one-time engagement, Enterprise licences by annual quote. The trial is free. Engagements are invoiced on order; an annual licence is invoiced yearly in advance and can be cancelled by either side with three months' notice to the end of the licence year. All prices exclude VAT. Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice is overdue we may pause the service after written notice. Work that goes beyond the quote because the scope changes is quoted separately before it starts.
Your concepts and the reports computed from them are yours. We may use aggregate statistics across screens that identify no customer and no concept. The PanelIQ software, methods, templates and materials remain ours; you receive no rights in them beyond what is needed to use the deliverables and the service.
A screen or study ends with the delivery of its report. An enterprise licence runs yearly until cancelled. After an engagement or subscription ends we delete your material within 30 days, and records 12 months later, unless the law requires longer retention of invoices and contract records. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
Either side may end a contract with immediate effect if the other side materially breaches it and does not cure the breach within 14 days of written notice, or becomes insolvent.
For the material you give us, you are the controller and we are the processor. A data processing agreement is part of every contract and takes precedence over these terms for the processing of personal data. Our privacy policy describes what we process as a controller, where data is stored and which providers assist us.
Our total liability under a contract is limited to the amount paid for the engagement, or for subscriptions the fees of the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damage, lost profit, lost data that was not part of the engagement, or the consequences of decisions taken on the basis of the service's output. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
The website is offered as is. The trial is open to anyone with an e-mail address, within the limits shown in the app. Paid screens are run for the customer who ordered them; an owner access link is personal to the customer and must not be shared. We may take the site or the service offline for maintenance; we announce planned maintenance to customers in advance.
The law of Greece applies. Disputes go to the courts of Athens, after both sides have tried to settle the matter in a conversation first.
We may change these terms for future contracts; the date at the top shows the current version. A running contract keeps the terms it was concluded under.
